Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto born in Magelang, Central Java on 13 July 1976. Kurniawan D. Y. is a football player Indonesia that also considered as one other best owned by Indonesia. He at this time play for Persisam Putra Samarinda in First Division Indonesia League.
He played as striker that always disturb opponent defence. Kurniawan D. Y. is one of the few players Indonesia that ever play in Europe with team national PSSI primavera. In the beginning of its career he/she have time to plays in team Sampdoria, Italian and he also have time to play in Seri A Italian League before then move to FC Lucerne in Swiss problem consequence with PSSI.
Chummy Player is called Ade in family and also often nicknamed Thin because this body is small.
Later, he returns to Indonesia and play in Indonesia League and fiddle around with some teams like PSM Makassar, PSPS Pekanbaru, PS Pelita Bakrie, Persebaya Surabaya, Persija Jakarta , Persitara North Jakarta, and now play for Persisam Putra Samarinda.
Between December 2005 untill May 2006, Kurniawan D. Y. have time to play with Sarawak FC in Malaysia League, nevertheless he is assumed fail because never score a goal until broken contract by team management from Sarawak.
Career Kurniawan D.Y. ever declines because of consumption drugs in around year end 1990s. Nevertheless he then awaken and back getting the football career that success. At this time Kurniawan D. Y. is player with most at most appearance in team national football Indonesia with caps 60 appearance and also he is top scorers team national Indonesia with 33 goals.
